meet the owner

Hey Girl!

My name is Sophia Vela and I am the owner of Styles by Sophia! I recently graduated from Dallas Baptist University where I received my Bachelors of Science in Clinical Psychology.

My relationship with Jesus is the most important thing to me! I am a total people person, an enneagram 7w8, and as girly-girl as they come! I currently work full time as an event coordinator as I navigate this new post-grad season. 

After being asked to do many hair and makeup favors by my friends for various occasions, I decided to start my own business! I cannot wait to work together to make you feel beautiful, confident, and enhance your existing beauty!
